I had made a post regarding Dr. K before, but it seems the moderators removed it due to me taking his full name. I have removed all instances of Dr. K's real name, and will only refer to him as kilo17 or Dr. K as those are his online names. If a moderator wishes for the full evidence, I have an entire report prepared with screenshots, archives and other evidence (a lot of which has personal details), which I can't post here, but am happy to provide via PM (to a forum mod upon request).

This user, kilo17, has green trust, but is now working as the partner of scammer crashingcrypto (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2373201)

Dr. [NAME REDACTED], an old fraud, resurfaces as the SCAMMER behind CrashDoge.
On the 8th of March, I made this topic (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5118237.0) explaining how CrashDoge scammed me of 4,000,000 Dogecoins. My evidence was appraised by the community, and "crashingcrypto", the user account behind the scam sites, was red-tagged. His immature and childish responses further fuelled his downward spiral. Moreover, it later came to light that not only did the owner not have a valid gaming license (which makes his entire operation illegal), he is also an old scammer from 2013.
Keep in mind that there are two owners of CrashDoge: one is HERPES/FeelTheBurn/crashingcrypto, the person handling the scam, and the other is "[NAME REDACTED]", the alleged bankroller.
Here is part of a screenshot between the two owners, where they are discussing how to move further after they scammed me. In the screenshot, you can see that the other owner's name is [NAME REDACTED]. [screenshot redacted] (https://gyazo.com/5696ffa374a40bb6369046e8f569920a)
I've been in contact with the Interpol, the FBI, and the McDonough Police Department regarding the entire scam that HERPES has pulled. His identity is not expressedly public, which is why, in order to adhere to forum rules, I won't post his name. However, his co-owner/bankroller is very proud of his name being out there, as you can see from the evidence below.
Some of my father's contacts in law enforcement allowed me to get more information on HERPES and to track his whereabouts. On HERPES' Discord group, he posted that he was going to visit the co-owner, so via cell tower tracking, we were able to triangulate a location, which happened to be Thompson Station, TN. From there, it was merely a matter of researching the [NAME REDACTED]s in the area. There can't be that many Dr. [NAME REDACTED]s in Thompson Station, can there?
We found a few matches, but here's where the nail in the coffin comes. As you know, only about 0.8% of the world's population has interacted with crypto. So we're looking for a Dr. [NAME REDACTED] that is heavily invested in cryptocurrencies and is bankrolling a fraudulent site... Hm...
Long story short, a bit of online research shows that Dr. [NAME REDACTED] is part of the team that created the BitStone ICO.

This person is a rich doctor who's been heavily involved with crypto as well as crypto scams for several years. He's partnered up with yet another person who's been involved in crypto scams for a few years, and they're out to scam the community. Luckily, they messed with the wrong person, and I'll be preparing action against both Keith as well as B**** shortly to make sure they never even think about scamming innocent victims ever again.
Dr. [NAME REDACTED], if you are reading this:
You are the co-owner of a fraudulent website that has scammed me and three others. All I know is that you bankroll the site and that you agreed to the scam, but I have never spoken to you directly. The face of the operation is HERPES/crashingcrypto. If you're reading this, please contact me via bitcointalk PM, email, or Discord if you want to refund the victims and resolve this, which is obviously the best course of action. You'd be able to show the community that you're not what we think you are, and this can come to an end. If you choose the other path, then you'll find that you've made the wrong mistake. Evil never goes unpunished. God is watching, and I am too. I'm not sure which one you should be more afraid of.

Edit 1: It's also likely that another scammer related to BitStone, MasterTrader777 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=423115) might be an associate or alt of Dr. K. They both are in extremely good standing with OgNasty and prefer him as their number one escrow, they both deal in precious gems, they are both related to BitStone, they both claim to be in the crypto space since 2011, they both have a good command of the English language, and more damning, they both use the same odd/erratic capitalisation for words in the middle of sentences. Nothing conclusive, but interesting to consider.
